Private Pilates Sessions

I started doing Pilates in the beginning of my massage career. I quickly realized that I needed to learn better body mechanics and build strength in order to help my clients for a very long time. What I received from my Pilates sessions were moves that challenged my balance, core strength, stability, and flexibility. 

Pilates is an extremely effective and functional form of movement. It helps you train not only your major muscle groups but also the deep, stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, pelvis, and back that help these major muscles work more efficiently.

1:1 sessions allow us to work together, understand mobility patterns, history of injuries, long-term and short-term goals. We use verbal, tactile and visual cues. It's through this quality of attention that help us and guide us to positive results.
